Service Description
Pregnancy massage can be performed with as much or as little clothing as you're comfortable wearing – it's always a personal decision. Usually we recommend that you keep underwear on, and we use towels for coverage so only the parts that are being massaged are exposed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honour your business as follows. If there are any health issues present at the time of your scheduled massage that might affect the benefits of the massage, including fever/cold/flu/sickness, please contact us 24 hours BEFORE attending your massage. If you are pregnant at the time of your massage appointment, please contact us BEFORE attending your massage. We do not massage under 16 weeks of pregnancy for your safety. Massage Appointments 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling a massage appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If 24-hour notice isn’t giving the deposit is non-refundable. We take £20 deposit per person for bookings, deposit is fully refundable with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows Anyone who fails to show up for a scheduled massage appointment and does not provide 24 hours’ cancellation notice, will be considered a “no-show” and will lose their deposit. Late Arrivals Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the “full” session. Vouchers You may reschedule your Voucher appointment ONE TIME ONLY with 24 hours’ notice; further rescheduling may result in forfeiting your voucher. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ advance notice your full voucher may be forfeited.
